Welcome to Yandeh Beauty. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online beauty supply store, appointment booking services, customer account features, and related services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Yandeh Beauty provides professional hair braiding services and sells beauty and hair care products through our physical and/or online store.
Throughout these Terms, “Yandeh Beauty,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yandeh Beauty. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to anyone accessing our website, booking our services, creating an account, or purchasing our products.
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, subject to stylist availability and business hours.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including their name, email address, telephone number, selected service, appointment date, and other requested information.
Submitting inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to provide the requested service or communicate important appointment information.
A 25% booking deposit is required to secure an appointment unless otherwise stated during booking.
The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the booked service. Any remaining balance is due according to the payment instructions provided by Yandeh Beauty.
An appointment requiring a deposit is not considered secured until the required payment has been successfully processed.
Customers are expected to attend their appointments at the scheduled date and time.
If you fail to attend your appointment without properly canceling or rescheduling it in accordance with our booking policy, you will be considered a no-show.
The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be booked.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Yandeh Beauty as early as possible or use any cancellation/rescheduling functionality provided through your customer account.
Deposits associated with properly canceled or rescheduled appointments will be handled according to the cancellation terms presented at the time of booking.
Failure to attend an appointment without cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
Yandeh Beauty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances such as stylist unavailability, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where appropriate, we will contact the affected customer regarding available options.
Customers should arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available to complete a service and, where the delay materially affects the appointment schedule, Yandeh Beauty may need to modify or reschedule the appointment.
We encourage customers who expect to be late to contact us as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any preparation instructions associated with their selected service.
Depending on the service, customers may be asked to arrive with their hair washed, detangled, stretched, or otherwise prepared.
Service-specific instructions may be provided on the website, during booking, in confirmation emails, or through appointment reminders.
Whether braiding hair or other materials are included depends on the selected service.
Where hair is not included, customers may be required to bring the correct type, quantity, color, and length.
Beauty and hair products may also be available for purchase from Yandeh Beauty.
Reference photographs may be used to communicate a desired style; however, results can vary depending on factors such as hair length, density, texture, condition, selected size, and other individual characteristics.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the service selected and agreed upon with the customer.
Special arrangements or discounts may occasionally be available for qualifying group bookings, including groups of five customers.
Group discounts, availability, deposits, scheduling requirements, and other conditions may vary and will be communicated when the group appointment is arranged.
Products displayed through our online store are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, prices, and other information. Actual product appearance may vary slightly depending on packaging changes, manufacturers, device displays, or other factors.
Placing an order does not guarantee availability until the order has been accepted and processed.
Prices for services and products are displayed on the website or communicated before purchase.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not ordinarily affect a completed purchase or confirmed booking except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other charges will be shown where required before an order is completed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Yandeh Beauty does not necessarily directly receive or store complete payment card information. Payment information may instead be collected and processed by the applicable payment provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information they provide is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, incorrect pricing has been displayed, fraud is suspected, or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued where required.
Available shipping, delivery, or pickup options will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other login credentials.
You should notify Yandeh Beauty promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Customers may receive transactional communications relating to their appointments, including booking confirmations, payment confirmations, cancellation notices, rescheduling notices, preparation instructions, and appointment reminders.
Providing accurate contact information is necessary for us to send these communications.
Discounts, promotional codes, group offers, and special promotions may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
We reserve the right to modify or end promotional offers subject to applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software, engage in fraudulent transactions, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
